Ideally located just steps from the beaches, this spacious, newly renovated villa is tastefully decorated.

It will amaze you with its comfort and its stunning, ever-present sea view.

The home :
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Two bedrooms also feature a desk.

The kitchen is spacious, well laid out, and equipped with modern appliances. It opens onto the terrace, pool, and living room.

Guest access :
Villa Les Yuccas offers a very spacious private parking area secured by an automatic gate.

Housekeeping is included at the end of your stay, and every 7 days for longer stays.

Other notes :
The master bedroom has its own toilet, while the other two bedrooms share a second toilet.

Construction works for residential houses are currently taking place on the land below the villa, across the road, generally between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. While nothing overwhelming, we have reduced our rates by 30% to account for the inconvenience during the affected period: January 15, 2026 – June 15, 2026.

Myriam is a great host and the house is lovely. However, it is near an extremely busy street and there is almost constant noise from the motorcycles - very loud mufflers, or no mufflers and the sirens from the very nearby fire station can also be heard at all hours. That said when you're inside sleeping, the walls are thick and it is quiet. It is very clean. Kitchen is fitted out pretty well. Good location. View can be stunning - but they are also doing construction right in front of you. We stayed for 5 weeks so we got a very good idea of the place. If we went back we'd look for a quieter location.

Hello Nicole, The villa is separated from the road by several houses and is approximately 500 meters from the fire station, which helps a lot to minimize the impact. We acknowledge that construction work started during your stay, and we offered a full refund if you chose to leave early or provided the option to stay with the understanding of the situation.
