Great property but not set up for families

Great experience overall as the house and amenities are really made for a big gathering BUT probably for a short period (weekend only) and not for family with children. No washer /dryer on property, average cleaning and decent amount of already broken part of the house. I can see why this is great for a weekend with buddies and i would definitely rent it again but not for a long family gathering.
