Entrance leading to bright living room: - Equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, Table-Top fridge with Freezer, Filter coffee maker...), - Lounge area with sofa (type Bz), flat screen TV (90cm), Box TV and dining table, - Small terrace area ideal for sunny days available in the common courtyard (2 apartments in total), - Laundry area with washing machine and possibility of bicycle storage, 1st floor : - Landing leading to 2 double bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200cm, - 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds (can be combined into 1 double bed) - Bathroom with bathtub (integrated shower) and suspended WC (electric towel dryer and hair dryer). SHEETS, TOWELS and HEATING INCLUDED. Free parking spaces available in front of the gîte or in the nearby streets. Board games available. Small table for 2 people at your disposal to enjoy the small terrace area on sunny days. Cot available on site. Located in the heart of Fécamp, in a very quiet street, this semi-detached town house (on one side only) with a small terrace area accessible in the courtyard has a bright living room and two beautiful independent bedrooms. You will appreciate the unobstructed view from the rooms and the calm of the place while being close to the beach and the many shops nearby (about 7 minutes on foot). Many tourist attractions are available on site (GR 21, Palais de la Bénédictine, Fisheries Museum, Sea trips, Sainte-Trinité Abbey, Restaurants...) and you can easily explore the Côte d'Albâtre (Étretat 20 minutes by car or bus). Possibility to come by train from Fécamp station.
