Bonjour, hébergement propre, équipé de tout le confort, correspondant à l'annonce . Il est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, 1/4 d'heures a pied. La place de stationnement devant est appréciable. Je le recommande à tout voyageur souhaitant séjourner à Étretat.

Je suis ravi que le logement vous ai plu. J'essaie que la qualité du logement réponde aux attentes des locataires. Le vrai plus, c'est la place de stationnement. Vous êtes venus à une période où il est encore possible de se garer, très difficilement. Pendant l'été, c'est juste impossible. Je conseille donc d'aller mettre un cierge à l'église toute proche pour espérer en trouver une. Et contrairement à d'autres locations, plutôt que d'augmenter les tarifs, compte tenu de la situation actuelle, j'ai personnellement décider d'accorder des remises et donc de baisser les prix. Très cordialement

Super hébergement à un prix raisonnable. Description très précise des équipements sur place. Il y a même plus d'équipements que prévu (produit d'entretien, éponges, l'essentiel de cuisine au complet, équipements pour enfant en bas âge parfait même s'il ne nous ont pas éte utiles personnellement). Propreté impeccable. Je recommande chaudement cette hébergement très près du centre : nous sommes enchantés.

Je vous remercie pour ce commentaire élogieux. J'essaie, à chaque location, d'améliorer la qualité du logement. Si vous revenez, vous verrez que j'ai installé , par prudence, un extincteur. Je vais changer le détecteur de monoxyde de carbone car il ne me satisfait pas. J'essaie également de penser aux familles avec des jeux pour les enfants et, comme vous l'indiquez, les équipements pour les tous petits. Pour les grands aussi, j'essaie de réfléchir à des améliorations. J'ai une idée mais il faudra revenir pour la découvrir...Encore merci à vous, Bien cordialement,

Das kleine Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wenn man zu zweit reist, hat man viel Platz, was sehr angenehm ist. Der kleine private Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr komfortabel.

Gute, dezentrale Lage (ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand) mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und weitgehend in Ordnung. Kleinigkeiten wie Eierbecher, Wäschekorb, ein 2. Wäscheständer und ein kleiner Hocker im Bad für Kinder wären schön. Das Besteck (Messer, Gabel, Löffel) würde ich austauschen und es gab zu wenige Kaffeetassen für meinen Geschmack. Die Töpfe hatten keine Deckel.Aber das sind alles vergleichsweise Kleinigkeiten.Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber!

In Étretat abseits des Trubels

Die komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in Étretat befindet sich neben 3 weiteren Wohnungen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die eine Sackgasse ist. Hierdurch hält sich der Verkehr in Grenzen. Die Garagen im kleinen Innenhof werden von den Gästen eines Hotels genutzt. Dadurch ist es im Innenhof eng und oft unruhig. Das Ortszentrum und die umliegende sehr sehenswerte Natur sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Je suis un peu déçu que vous ne mettiez que la note de 3/5 car si le problème réside dans le stationnement des véhicules, il y avait également le vôtre parmi ceux-ci, sans supplément de tarification et avec l'énorme avantage d'être juste devant la maison. Le stationnement est extrêmement difficile à Etretat surtout en cette période estivale et je pense que la qualité d'un hébergement ne s'attache pas forcément à une cour et ses garages mais plutôt au logement lui-même et à la proximité des commodités, l'environnement, ce pourquoi vous semblez avoir pleinement satisfaits. Sinon pourquoi avoir intitulé votre message "À Étretat, à l'écart de l'agitation" ?

Néanmoins, je ne comprends pas votre note, ni votre remarque concernant le linge puisqu'il est clairement mentionné dans l'annonce : "Attention : depuis la pandémie, le linge n'est plus fourni mais peut l'être avec un supplément auprès de la conciergerie qui fera l'accueil". Peut être auriez du accorder plus d'attention à la lecture de l'annonce, même si j'avoue que cela constitue un petit budget supplémentaire pour un séjour de 2 jours seulement. Dorénavant vous le saurez si toutefois vous désirez revenir. Buonasera a te, Sono contenta che ti sia piaciuto il noleggio e tutto era buono. Tuttavia, non capisco la tua nota o il tuo commento sulla biancheria, poiché è chiaramente menzionato nell'annuncio: "Attenzione: dal momento che la pandemia, la biancheria non è stata fornita ma può essere fornita con un supplemento dal concierge della reception". Forse avrebbe dovuto prestare maggiore attenzione alla lettura dell'annuncio, anche se ammetto che si tratta di un piccolo budget aggiuntivo per un soggiorno di soli due giorni. D'ora in poi saprai se, tuttavia, desideri tornare.

Aufenthalt in Etretat

Die Unterkunft entsprach nur bedingt unseren Erwartungen. Für große Personen ist das Obergeschoss zu eng und niedrig. Vor Einzug sollte das Haus ausgiebig gelüftet werden.Die Lage ist ruhig und in fussläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Sehr Positiv war die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür.

Bonsoir à vous, Je suis désolé mais je ne cache rien dans l'annonce. Je vous rappelle qu'il y a une vidéo que vous avez sans doute oublié de regarder. Je ne vous réponds qu'en français puisque je me suis adressé à vous dans 3 langues, français, anglais, allemand et vous ne consentez qu'à répondre en allemand. Je mesure 1.83 m et je me tiens debout dans le centre des chambres mais j'ai bien indiqué que les chambres étaient mansardées. En revanche, vous notez que la place de stationnement est utile (à ma connaissance, on est aux environs de 14 € la journée) .Sans doute aurai je dû vous la faire payer puisque, dans nos échanges, je me permets de vous rappeler que vous deviez être seul, que j'étais en mer et que vous avez souhaité changer votre réservation ce à quoi je vous ai répondu depuis l'Italie dans laquelle je me trouvais "bonjour monsieur, je suis désolé mais j'étais en mer ! Pas d'internet donc. J'ai bien noté que vous arriverez à deux adultes et il n'y a aucun problème. Pour me faire pardonner, il n'y aura aucun changement de prix non plus. Désolé encore, En vous souhaitant une très bonne journée". Je vous ai aidé mais sans retour. J'espère que les autres touristes allemands habitués à la location, généralement adorables et avec qui j'entretiens d'excellents rapports, n'adopterons pas la même attitude que vous ! Je renouvelle donc ma demande à tous les locataires, français ou étrangers, de bien vouloir visionner la vidéo concernant la location

Séjour à Etretat

Séjour très apprécié et agréable.Le logement étant entre 10 et 15 mn à pied de la plage et des falaises, toutes nos sorties se sont faites à pied : très beaux paysages et de belles photos à réaliser.Des restaurants, brasseries, glaciers pour se régaler, tout est fait pour passer un séjour inoubliable.C'est une région que nous recommandons.

La maison est très bien située et très propre. Les ustensiles dans la cuisine sont de bonne qualité et il y avait même un joli sapin bien décoré dans la maison! On s’y sentait les bienvenus! A recommander!
