Single storey (1 step at the entrance): - living room (satellite TV), unlimited national telephone, Wifi, - kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric mini-oven), - wc, - bathroom (with bath) + shower room (with walk-in shower), - 1 bedroom (1 single bed of 100cm), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm). High chair and cot (on request). Exterior: - enclosed garden, barbecue, parking. - closed annex available for bicycles, motorcycles. Across fields, by the path, cross towards the sea! Very quiet (at the end of a dead end), on the GR 21, traditional Cauchoise house renovated, separate from the owner's second home. 4 km from the coast and close to pretty seaside resorts such as St Valéry en Caux and Veules-les-Roses, you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a beautiful garden. Near the listed site (in 1943) of the Chapel of Janville (13th - 16th century).
