On the 1st floor of a terraced house without any other occupant: nice living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, gas oven, microwave), living room (flat screen TV), dining room with sofa bed for 2 people of quality (140x190cm), 1 room for 2 people (1 king bed 180x200cm separable), bathroom with shower and wc, beautiful terrace facing South with view of the harbour. On the ground floor: inner courtyard and garage bike. Private place. WiFi. Heating, electricity, linen included. Linen rental possible. Cleaning possible. Tourist tax. Pets paying after prior consent of the owner. No short breaks during the holiday school, June and September. Along the quay of Maupassant, you will discover Fécamp a perspective different, but just as attractive. This cottage full of charm and authenticity will delight you by its view on the port, its terrace facing South or even calm. Rare thing, a fireplace is available in this room. Even rarer thing: a laundry room, a garage and a courtyard are available to you. There are more to enjoy all the amenities available only 5 minutes walk. 100 m from the cottage, GR21, resents the sailors that leads to the top of the cliff.
