It's a busy area and very accessible thanks to tram line 2, which takes you directly from the airport (all terminals) to the bottom of the flat at the "Magnan" stop. Further on, this line reaches the port district, its terminus, passing through the splendid Place Masséna and the districts close to Vieux Nice.
A number of buses from stops on the Promenade des Anglais and at the main Magnan crossroads (below the flat) serve the whole of the city and the surrounding area. Some lines will take you as far as Villefranche and Cap Ferrat to the east or Antibes and Cannes to the west (intercity lines to the airport).
The first public beaches are opposite the accommodation, and can be reached on foot in no more than 2 minutes (on the other side of the crossroads). There are also several beautiful private beaches nearby, and we'll take the time to recommend a few addresses when you arrive.
All the shops you'll need during your stay are within walking distance of the flat: two supermarkets, several mini-markets, a bazaar, bakeries, chemists, tobacconist, post office, market gardener, petrol station, restaurants and snack bars, etc.
For any medical needs, Lenval hospital, with its paediatric emergency unit, is just 200m from the flat. The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de l'Archet is also directly accessible by bus (15 min) or car (5 min).
