Located only 20 metres from the "Promenade des Anglais" in the "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square" area of the town center), this 2-bedroom flat with stunning sea view has completely been renovated. Up to 4 people can stay in the flat.

Located in the "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square"), the most central area of Nice, 20 metres from the "Promenade des Anglais" (and therefore the beach) this apartment is ideal for those who love swimming and want to go to the beach in beachwear while staying in the heart of the city. The Negresco, Palais de la Méditerranée and the casino are only 150 metres away.

The Golden Square features the best restaurants, trendy bars and is the heart of Nice for shopping. In the Meyerbeer street you will find supermarkets, restaurants, juice bars, salad bars and many cafes.

All tourist areas of Nice are within easy walking distance (8mn from Massena Square, 10mn from the old town and 20mn from the port) but for those who want to visit the most remote areas of the city or go to Cannes, Monaco or to the countryside, Nice has an extensive public transportation network:

Best location!

My husband and I stayed in this well located, spacious apartment for four nights in early May. Anthony (owner) and Corinne (property manager) clearly communicated all details with us including how to get to the apartment from the airport on the tram. The apartment was just as described with minimalist, comfortable furniture, modern bathrooms and kitchen and a balcony with an incredible view. We could walk or take the tram everywhere we wanted to go in Nice. There were multiple restaurants, boulangeries and a Carrefour grocery within blocks of the apartment. There are several Nannybag locations close to the apartment in case you arrive before checkin like we did. I we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Nice.

Fantastic Location

Great location, very safe, nicely updated

We had a wonderful stay in Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely updated, especially the bathrooms. The windows block noise well and the air conditioner works very well. We building needs some updating but felt safe. Anthony was very communicative and had great restaurant suggestions.

Excellent Apartment

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath, in Nice is in a great location. The apartment itself is very nice, with everything that you need for a nice stay. Plus, it's in a good location, right off of the Boulevard de l'Anglais a ten-minute walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

Perfect little gem

If you’re staying in Nice this is a great place to stay. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We were four adults and it was spacious with Two bedrooms and 2 washrooms, a small kitchen and spacious family/dining room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Anthony provided a very helpful written summary a few days before our arrival. He also provided a crib for our 1 year old. It was a great spot for us with 3 young children (1,3,6) as it was easy to get to the beach, grocery store etc. Air conditioning and shutters made it very cool, quiet and comfortable to sleep.

Wonderful experience

Aside from the perfect location near the coast and close to shopping and restaurants, this property is comfortable, clean and as described. The two bathrooms are modern and beautifully tiled. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with instructions for appliances mostly in English. The deck is small but functioned well for breakfasts and happy hours. The apartment is air conditioned, which is a real perk as the summer weather extended through our week in September. We appreciated the host and his clear communications with us prior to and during our stay. For three senior women travelers, this apartment is safe and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Fantastic Apartment & Location

We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes when vacationing, this apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the best choice when staying in Nice. Steps to the ocean, grocery store, shops restaurants and Old Town. Modern and Clean with everything you need and more. Having 2 bathrooms is wonderful with teenage boys and the air conditioning is amazing during warm summer months. Kitchen was stocked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. Great Location

We and our friends had a great stay. Anthony, our host, was very helpful, patient and understanding with us first time visitors to Nice. The location was very convenient. Less than 100 meters from the Promenade des Anglais. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and neat. The beds were nice and firm. We slept very well. Things were a bit snug and closets are small. The queen size beds in the smallish bedrooms make a large person need to turn sideways to comfortably get around the bedrooms. The noise levels with the windows open were pretty bad, but ok with them closed.

Excellent Stay in Nice

We spent nine days at the end of June as a family of three adults. Anthony was a great host with excellent communication. He answered all of our questions prior to the trip, he accommodated an early check in, checked up on us during our stay, and went the extra mile to make sure our train to Paris was running due to the strike. The size of the apartment was perfect for three adults, the separate and remodeled bathrooms were a huge plus, and the perfectly running air conditioner made our stay extremely comfortable. The location of the apartment is a huge bonus as we were able to take many day trips while also enjoying the Promenade des Anglais in the evenings. The balcony was nice to have since we too would enjoy our coffee in the mornings and relax in the evenings after a long day of exploring. We would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in beautiful Nice.

Milestone Birthday celebrated in style

3 women over 40 stayed at this apartment at the end of October 2016 to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of them and it was fantastic. The owner Anthony was constantly in touch to make sure everything would be ready for our arrival and even assisted in arranging a birthday surprise. The apartment is located a half a block off the promenade des Anglais and about a 10-15 minute walk from old Nice. There are numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores near by.. Apartment is clean, spacious and airy for European standards. The bathrooms and showers are wonderful. Love, love the balcony for enjoying a coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. If we were ever returning to the area we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and we will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy this wonderful city and area.

Awesome Location with Great Views

This very clean, updated flat was even better than the photographs portray. The kitchen had all new appliances. The two bedrooms were adequately sized with very comfortable mattresses. Having two full bathrooms with walk-in showers was very convenient. Location could not have been better! Less than a block from La Prom and close to Old Town, we were able to walk everywhere. The "U" super market was a block and a half. We enjoyed shopping for a couple of dinners at the nearby Rotesserie as well as the fresh food/flower market in Old Town. Other meals were enjoyed at nearby restaurants including one right below the flat. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast either on the balcony overlooking the Beach or inside with the same view from the dining table. Access was easy and secure. An elevator is near the entrance to the flat. Anthony was readily available and helpful for all concierge needs. We highly recommend this gem and hope to visit again.

Perfect Apartment

We stayed at Anthony's apartment in Nice for 5 days and we really loved it. Firstly it's in a perfect location both in terms of being so close to the beach but also for easy reach to so many places (local restaurants, supermarket, old town, train station, airport etc). We spent a few days visiting Nice and another few visiting places outside of Nice. A perfect base! The apartment itself is really lovely and modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxed holiday. We have 2 children and we really liked the fact there was excellent soundproofing in the flat and fantastic shutters to keep the light out for a good night sleep. There are two bathrooms which is really handy, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine that was very useful for us. The highlight of the flat was definitely the balcony. It has a beautiful view of the sea (as the photo shows) and we enjoyed eating and drinking there. We would definitely recommend this apartment and could see ourselves staying there again in the not too distant future. All in all a very comfortable and attractive apartment in a great location!

Great Apartment with a View and all the Comforts of Home

Anyhony's apartment is conveniently located seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and about a 10-15 minute walk to train station. It is a safe area, with a controlled access locked gate and locked main access doors. The beds are comfortable, the windows are large and allow for a lot of natural light and beautiful views and the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated! The apartment was well maintained and clean. Towels, bedding and cooking appliances and tools are provided. You will need to bring or acquire your own food, toiletries and laundry/dish soap etc. There is a new TV and wifi available too. There is a grocery store just a short walk down the street and many shops and restaurants nearby. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying at this apartment for their next visit to Nice. I would not hesitate to book here again! Anthony is very accessible by email and his housekeeper explained the ins and outs of the apartment upon our arrival. I already miss having a morning coffee on the balcony and a glass of wine looking at the Mediterranean in my pj's. Simply Fantastic!
