About this property

A small, fully renovated Breton cottage 2 km from the beaches of Lézardrieux

The house is located at the end of a 200 m road in the quiet countryside but only 2km from the village and the beaches of Lézardrieux. The house is ideally located to be able to visit Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, Perros Guirec, Ploumanac'h.
Calm and serenity for this small Breton house totally renovated in 2022.!!
The house is composed of a bedroom upstairs with a double bed and a small TV lounge area. The ceiling height is 1m70 high.
On the ground floor you will find its kitchenette (microwave oven, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, kitchen utensil. A small bathroom area (shower, toilet and sink).
The house has a garden equipped with deckchair and hammock, games: slide, ball, sandpit, badminton, molky games to keep the children occupied, .unfenced garden. Pets are allowed an extra charge of 10€ will be requested on site.
The bed will be made on your arrival.
The house is clean on your arrival it must be left clean on your departure otherwise the cleaning fee will be paid on site (60€).
The east garden is shared with the other gîte.

Gîte mer et campagne

Charmante petite maison isolée en pleine campagne. Hôte accueillante, disponible et à notre écoute avant pendant le séjour. Hygiène des lieux irréprochable. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour tous ceux et celles qui veulent passer un séjour au calme avec ou sans animaux de compagnie. Les accès aux différents sites historiques et autres divertissements sont faciles depuis cette demeure. Merci à Angélique.
