Peaceful location with wonderful views of the estuary

This is a good sized property which has the benefit of lovely views of the estuary from its large and welcoming balcony. The setting is really peaceful and is only disturbed by the local birds and the faint sound of the estuary waves which can just be hear from the balcony (which faces west). The property has 2 kitchens on separate floors and separate bedrooms/toilets/showers on each of the three floors (one being in the rafters with a mezz). I suspect it's been set up to cater for two families that want some levels of independence but want to be together. There is a small garden which can be used for BBQs. The local area is stunning. The communication throughout was impeccable.
