2 room gîte + cellar, just restored, located on the Suisse Normande circuit in a quiet & pleasant environment (orchards, etc.), offering good light, including: - on the ground floor: Living room/dining room (with TV & BZ convertible into 2 beds) and fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). - upstairs: Bedroom with double bed & TV, shower room & WC, Work space - outbuilding: pantry with washing machine + various storage spaces.
Numerous leisure activities (nearby): Hiking circuits (including the GR du Pays de la Suisse Normande), cycling circuits (including La VéloFrancette) & equestrian, Vélo-rail at 750 m, 10/15 MN from the heart of Suisse Normande offering numerous activities (nautical, fishing, climbing, paragliding/hang gliding, tree climbing, archery, etc.). 1 hour from the Normandy Coast & the landing beaches, 40 minutes from the Viaduc de la Souleuvre, 30 minutes from the Château de Falaise... Rent from €280/week depending on the period including charges (water, electricity). Rental for 5 nights minimum. Possibility of discount for long term.
NB: Cleaning is in addition to the rental, i.e. €30. Small (or even medium-sized) animals accepted for an additional charge of €30/stay. Large common area (parking, carport, orchard, etc.) available. No smoking (inside).

Séjour en Suisse Normande

Le logement est très agréable. La literie est d'excellente qualité (nous y avons dormi comme des bébés !). Le lieu est très calme et la situation géographique du gite est idéale pour rayonner sur la région où il y a mille choses à faire ou à voir. Merci à nos hôtes pour l'accueil.
