5 of us school friends (class of 1977!!) stayed 3 nights/4 days at this cute home. Comfortable beds, great kitchen set up, loved the induction stove top. Quiet setting in the country and we sure had beautiful weather so we made use of the patio and listened to the many birds and enjoyed a cocktail or 2. Working with the home owner was easy and they were quick to respond. Take a drive into Prescott and enjoy the fabulous food at the Kitchen Table restaurant!!

Upon arriving at this property, we could see that it had no curb appeal at all. When we entered the house it smelled old and musty. It seemed cleaned enough, but it was like walking into the 80's, the furnishings, cabinets and floors were outdated. The fan in the main bedroom's bathroom was so loud, it was unreal! There were several light bulbs that were burnt out in the house. And we couldn't get the volume to work on the main TV. We stayed 1 night and left the next day.

Thank you for the feedback. A few points of context for future guests: This guest stayed one night of a four-night reservation and raised only one issue with us during the stay — a question about the TV volume. We replied within minutes, explained the two-remote setup (soundbar and Roku, also covered in the House Manual), and offered to come by within 30–45 minutes to help in person. We received no reply, and no other concern — bulbs, fan, or otherwise — was ever reported to us while the guest was at the property. Spare bulbs are kept in the house, and we would have gladly replaced any that was out had anyone mentioned it. As to the home itself: it is a classic farmhouse, and its character is exactly what our dozens of listing photos show. The interior is immaculate, with updated, high-quality appliances and a comprehensively stocked kitchen, as mentioned in the other reviews. We also note the reservation was booked for one guest; four stayed overnight, and our pre-stay request to this guest confirm the guest count was disregarded. We're always happy to fix anything promptly — we just need to be told while you're here.
