Wonderful place

Absolutely amazing property Host managed to let us check in earlier than the agreed time which was very helpful the house was perfect set up for us - 2 rooms downstairs for the kids and 2 rooms upstairs for adults WIFI throughout; swimming pool spotless and clorinated weekly swimming in the pool gives it an infinity look ; Massive gass plancha (which makes the need for BBQ redundant); Air con in all rooms; bathrooms kitchen,bedrooms - fully fitted with all you need - including clean towels for everyone;Washing machine,dishwasher,soap and consumables available for all apliances We had many holidays in the past but I have to say for this particular property THE EYE FOR DETAIL WAS PHENOMENAL! Our overall advice for the next people thinking about renting this - DO NOT HESITATE!!!!!! The property being located between Alicante and Valencia gives the first time Spanish visitor more than enough to explore in the 2 weeks Thank you Dirk for having us and wish we could visit again soon

We have stayed in a lot of villas in different areas of Spain and this was simply the best! The communication from the owner from when we booked up to when we left was perfect. We were also contacted by the lady who looks after the property. She met us on our first day with the keys and showed us round. She kept in touch throughout our stay to let us know when the pool would be getting cleaned so no surprises having someone just turn up. The villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures online do not do it justice. It contains everything you need plus more. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment. We were spoilt for choice for dining areas, inside and outside the property. The views are magnificent, especially from the pool area and outside terrace. The pool is large and very clean with roman steps, making it easy to enter and exit the pool. The outside shower for the pool also offers spectacular views over the area! There is also plenty of shade in the outside areas. The bedrooms are large and contain a great amount of storage. All rooms are air conditioned, which was definitely needed as temps hit 50° during our stay! The bathrooms are large, very clean and the showers are powerful. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautiful, offering plenty of space and make the whole property look even more tropical! We loved our stay and would definitely book again!!

Emplacement idéal avec vue superbe

Quelle magnifique villa ! Nous y avons passé 9 jours entre amis (2 familles de 2 adultes et 2 ados) Nous avons été conquis dès notre arrivée. Après de longues heures de route ce fut une très belle surprise que de découvrir cet endroit avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la côte (Attention ça monte dur en voiture ;-) Mais vraiment superbe, encore mieux que sur les photos. Et la maison est juste parfaite avec sa cuisine d'été, la grande plancha, la climatisation partout, la piscine très propre avec vue...etc Et tout y est, il ne manque rien, c est comme à la maison. C' est un vrai plus, un vrai confort pour nous que de trouver tout ce qu' il faut sur place ! Maison parfaitement équipée et aménagée. Elle est spacieuse et à 8 nous avions largement chacun notre espace. Nous sommes tous vraiment satisfaits de notre choix et la conseillons à d autres voyageurs les yeux fermés ! De plus nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui est disponible et très réactif même s'il n'est pas sur place. L'emplacement géographique est idéal proche des commerces et des petits villes aux alentours. Dénia est tout proche ainsi que l'accès à l'autoroute, ce qui permet de se déplacer rapidement d'un endroit à l'autre. Très bonne adresse à recommander avec en prime de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la montagne ! Magique !! MERCI

Somptueuse Villa 5 étoiles

Nous avons séjournés chez Dirk du 14 au 28 août, nous avons été stupéfait par la beauté des lieux. La villa est encore plus belle en vrai. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Côté piscine, la vue est exceptionnelle et la piscine magnifique. A notre arrivée la villa était d'une propreté immaculée, un entretien digne d'un hôtel 5 etoiles. La cuisine est super bien équipée, il ne manque rien, tout a été pensé pour que les hôtes se sentent comme à la maison. De plus une cuisine d'été fera le bonheur de vos soirées en famille. Les chambres sont toutes très agréables et confortables, la literie vous garantira un sommeil réparateur. La maison est climatisée. Les plus belles plages sont à 15 mn de voiture, le supermarché à 6 mn. Dénia est à 20mn de voiture. Caroline et Jonh qui nous ont accueillis ont été très gentils très professionnels et réactifs à nos demandes.Merci à eux pour tous leurs conseils et leur réactivité. Cette maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances reposantes et de bons moments en famille. Merci aussi à Dirk pour les échanges que nous avons eus et qui a lui aussi été très réactif et sympathique.
