Very exclusive, private and well maintained villa / finca on Monte Pego (near Denia) with stunning harbor Berg.- & sea views to the bay of Valencia. With very exclusive and luxurious finishes, lots of charm and attention to detail with all the amenities for the perfect holiday for you, family and friends!
With very much love to detail and charm of this Villa / Finca Anno Domini 1994 by the then German architect and owners was planned and completed and used as a private property only by him and his wife. Particular attention was paid to a very high quality construction and a uniform line in the design. Dark wood beams, white walls and terracotta tiles shape the typical Spanish style villa Finca. Many extras such as a fitness Pavilion in the garden with antique wood stove, a small Wellness & Spa bathhouse with hot tub (whirlpool only active in winter) and a shower, a secluded saltwater -Pool about 9x5m, 1 fish ponds and a beautiful BBQ round the to the smallest detail thoughtful property from. On 2 floors, the villa Finca has a main apartment (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool bath, dressing room, sep. WC, a large kitchen, utility room, a covered terrace) and a guest apartment en suite (living-bedroom, shower-toilet and a kitchen cupboard). Another apartment is accessible from the outside and can be used by two people as an extra bedroom, bodega / dressing room, living room and bathroom. Of particular note, the property is beautifully situated at the end of a road with marvelous view of the sea and the mountains. The garden (old waxed) was, as well as the house, lovingly designed and divided into different planting areas, consisting of a rose garden, vines, Ginkobäumen, palms, pomegranate, Sica, coconut uva m. Even the practical part is not neglected in this Villa. A large garage and utility room with washer, Wäschedrockner and Gefier.- fridge is also available. In the summer months, the Villa / Finca is pleasantly cool due to their construction. In addition, always blowing through the hillside a slight breeze from the sea.
