Hello, I'm Nathalie, passionate about decoration, I've prepared a cozy little nest for you!
Our house of 65m2 habitable and 80m2 on the ground on two floors (classified 4 stars), completely renovated in 2023, is ideally located in Carnac in the center of everything!
Here we do everything on foot or by bike and we forget the car.
Our newly renovated house is located in Saint Colomban! Top neighborhood and character because we are 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Legenèse, Coloman beach (for sailing) and Ty Bihan.
For your shopping, a casino 5 mins walk away or the town 10 mins walk away. The Lidl is 15 minutes away on foot
A 5-minute walk away you can stroll through the charming fishing village of Saint Colmban with its cute little chapel! MY favorite place!
10 minutes on foot you will go for a walk in the village of Pô, an oyster farming village, buy or taste oysters and fish in the small restaurants on site.
15 minutes on foot, Grande plage, the yacht club, the thalasso, bakeries, a caterer.....not to mention the restaurants, the casino and the discotheque
20 mins walk to LES MENHIRS!
And by car or bike you can visit the peninsula of Quiberon, Vannes, the port of Trinité sur Mer, the small port of Saint-Goustan and all the islands of the gulf (Ile aux moines, Ars, .... ) or even Belle-Ile.
For golf lovers, 5 courses less than 50 km from the house (the nearest 15 km).
That's why we love our central district!

Regarding the house, I put all my heart into the decoration to disconnect you!
All the furniture is top-of-the-range (Roset and Roche Bobois) and we attach great importance to the bedding, which is why you will sleep in memory foam, Swiss Confort and Tempur bedding.

The enclosed garden can park 2 cars there (electric gate for one of the 3 accesses), and offers a terrace on which you can enjoy the sun.
The house consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with central island overlooking the living room of 35m2, all accessing the terrace through a bay window.
A bathroom with a large shower and wc completes the ground floor

On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms with 160 * 200 beds - (including separable bed in the blue bedroom) very high-end bedding
Cupboards or chests of drawers are available in the bedrooms as well as in the main rooms.
