Sandpiper 204 - Beachside Livin'

Only the second floor can offer you views like this! Sit back on the balcony and watch the day pass or hop on down to the beach or pool area for some fun in the sun! This townhouse is new to our rental program and has new furniture, housewares, linens all while embracing the mid-century modern feel. The master bedroom has a beautiful view and offers a king bed. The guest bedroom which has two twin beds for sleeping.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

Crescent Beach Condo

Condo was sufficient, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was missing some basic things if you cook while on vacation. There were no cookie sheets, pyrex baking dishes, storage containers, and so forth. There was a musty smell, but the buildings are old so this is not unusual. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks

Great place to stay

This place never disappoints, it is a beautiful place, we’ll maintained and very comfortable. The view is wonderful and a great place for morning coffee. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Crescent Beach.

This unit is not as nice or updated as other units at Cresent Sandpiper that we have stayed in . It did have everything we needed . We would definitely stay here again .

Home away from home!!!

Great view of the ocean ! Far enough away from st Augustine to be away from the traffic and crowds but close enough to enjoy it if we wanted to. Comfy furniture and bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen !!!

What a wonderful spot! Phenomenal views, extremely short distance to the pool/ocean, and very family friendly. We had a wonderful stay for a quick getaway and will definitely be back!

The property was wonderful. It had everything needed. The only frustration was that both tvs did not work consistently. There were 3 remotes for each tv...none of them worked. Beyond that, it was wonderful! Hope to return next year!
