This beachfront flat has been updated with fresh beach decor in a comfortable ground unit just steps away from the pool & the beach It is a bright & light unit that has new tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, updated bathrooms & remote control ceiling fans in every room. It also has 2 smart TV’s in the living room & master bedroom, & a flat screen in the guest bedroom. It has a King in the master and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with items you might need for your beach vacation getaway!
Location: It’s walking distance to The Oasis restaurant & bar ,1 mile to the grocery store as well as other shops, local eateries & boutiques. A 10 minute drive to historic downtown, 2 miles to the Amphitheatre & Alligator farm, 3 miles to Anastasia State Park, 15 minute drive to Marineland,
Amenties: gated entrance,pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, Wi-Fi, blowdryer and coin laundry facilities on property. Unit furnishes 2 beach chairs, beach towels and 1 umbrella.

Amazing location right on the beach. Condo was clean and very well appointed. The pool is right out the back door. The extra towels were clutch when traveling by plane. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the beach. Relatively quiet and had all the necessities for a family beach vacation. Quiet area of St. Augustine Beach with restaurants only a short drive away. Not a ton within walking distance. The room itself was clean and we had no complaints about the condition of the condo.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Sparkling clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were right on the beach and walked every day. The condo was a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine and other sights. We got confused about check-in but owner was available to answer questions. This is a lovely place to stay.

The condo unit was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The space is bright and homey. We enjoyed the outdoor space as we spent lots of time in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the sun and coffee in the morning, followed by the convenience of having the beach right there to walk on in the am and pm. Melanie the host is amazing! Her communication and attentiveness to her guests is a 10. Highly recommend this property.

Great location & close proximity to the beach and pool. Nice and clean furnishings that make for a great stay!! There was a small misunderstanding, due to laundry previously being located within the unit. The available washers & dryers are now down the hallway in the laundry mat, no longer within the condo as it was in the prior year. The owner was great at communicating & cleared this up with us quickly.

Perfect getaway

Walked in the door and said "WOW'', pictures did not lie one bit. Very comfortable, pool right outside our door, and ocean shore just beyond that. Beautiful beaches, and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. Property mgr. was terrific, and very accommodating, very easy to deal with. Made our stay terrific!!

Great Condo and Nice Owner

This condo was a great place for our last minute getaway. It was clean and well maintained. The decor is updated, beautiful and not cluttered. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very accommodating with an early check in and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a very enjoyable long weekend.

Perfect for our first family getaway

Me, my husband, and our 10 month old daughter had our first family trip here. It was extremely clean and new. We loved having a full kitchen to make meals. The location by the pool was also perfect if you have kids because you have easy access to the place if they need anything. It is a also a short walk down the path to the beach. We can’t wait to Come back next year :)

Nice little spot to stay, Beds were comfortable and check in at the office was Easy. My kids enjoyed the pool and being on the ground floor. In a good location with proximity to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants etc... We’ve stayed at Spanish Trace quite a few times and it’s Always nice to compare units to see which ones you’d like to return to. Definitely bring plenty of quarters to wash your laundry would be my only advice!

Clean Cute & Convenient

We had a lovely stay in Melanie’s unit. There was a glitch at the office at check-in but a quick call to Melanie and she had it all sorted in no time. The location was great and it was a clean, relaxing place to come home to after a day at the beach or sightseeing in St. Augustine.
