The 165 m² space is fully equipped and laid out as follows:
Living area with cathedral ceiling, 70 m². Sofas and armchairs, smart TV, Freebox, wood-burning stove, upright piano.
Dining room with table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and central island table.
Utility room with refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine.
1 master suite with private bathroom, bathtub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and toilet.
2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with 2 90x190 beds that can be pushed together to form 1 large bed.
1 bathroom equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower.
1 separate toilet.
1 entryway with a coat closet.
1 sunroom.
