Mar y Arena is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Seacrest Beach. The house is decorated in sophisticated, soothing tones and is located on the nature trail. The back porches over look the wooded path and create a peaceful, serene treehouse feeling. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals, or, if grilling is more your style, there is a custom gas grill on the screened back porch. Easy, beautiful walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, or take one of the 4 (adult) bikes for a ride to explore the area. If you have an extra large group, we also manage the house next door!

Loved this home, location and property manager. Highly recommend.

Home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a 15 month old. Easy walking everywhere. Enjoyed the bikes on property. The tram was great. Call ahead! And the beach was gorgeous. Home was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Would stay there again.

This was our second stay, and we are already looking forward to next year! Great home away from home with a quick tram ride to the beach and we loved biking to all the great restaurants and shopping at Rosemary Beach!

Mar y Arena has something for everyone. From exploring the nature trails right out the back door, to smart TVs for watching your favorite shows, preparing a fantastic meal in the huge kitchen or on the built in grill, enjoying the breezes on one of the four porches, or heading out to explore the shops, dining options, resort style pool or white sand beach, you’re sure to have an amazing coastal getaway! Mar y Arena is a small dog friendly home, with approval and non refundable pet fee. Please mention your dog when you request to book. Please note, the house allows 0NE, approved dog, with a non refundable fee. An additional dog may be allowed with prior approval and additional fee. Any unapproved pets will void the rental agreement and incur fees and immediate removal from the property with no refunds. We require that furry guests be vaccinated and on flea/tick preventative. Please clean up after your pet, follow the leash law, and do not take your dog on the beach, as they’re not allowed on Walton county beaches. There is a small dog friendly area of Panama City beach near Pier Park shopping.
