A Site for Shore Eyes is the perfect oceanfront get-away as this renovated duplex unit offers spectacular unobstructed views of the beach from the property's large picture windows. This property is conveniently located within walking distance to nearby restaurants and coffee shop (open during season), Bridgeview park, Holdens Landing concert area, the chapel, and other island attractions. Wake up to stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the most luxurious bedroom suite on Holden Beach island. The palatial master bedroom features outstanding views, a private deck, deluxe king-size bed, a relaxing reading nook, new flooring, and a huge recently remodeled master bathroom with large dual sinks and an oversized tile shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, ample counter space and cabinets, and other small appliances such as a toaster and blender. The kitchen is open to the family room & dining area so that the family chef can enjoy the view and conversation while preparing meals. Flat-screen TVs are in all three bedrooms as well as the family room. The utility room contains a full size washer and dryer. The owner provides board games, card games, books, and beach toys for guests. A charcoal grill is located outside near the parking area. Please note that this home is privately cleaned and inspected by the owner's private vendor. While bed linens are provided, guests must provide their own towels. Pets are NOT permitted in the property. Smoking is NOT permitted in the property.

Wonderful trip

House is awesome- big, clean, updated. Beach is great and not too crowded. Phil, the owner, was nice and easy to work with. There was an issue with the shower when we arrived and it was fixed immediately. Can't wait to go back!

Gorgeous home on the beach! Master bedroom oasis!!!! Well stocked kitchen! Laundry facility! Great owner and company to deal with, my family enjoyed our stay!!!

In addition, property is conveniently located to coffee shop and restaurants (in-season), chapel, marina, pickleball court, and Holdens Landing area under bridge where Summer Concert series and local events take place.
