The Space:

Relax in this apartment ideally located for a successful Parisian stay! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: Smart television, storage, sofa and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• An open kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A bathroom: includes a shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

You will be staying in a dynamic and authentic neighborhood in the 20th arrondissement, between Belleville and Ménilmontant, perfect for discovering a more local Paris while enjoying lively neighborhood life. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Café Charonne or Le Bar Ourcq, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as La Cantine de Belleville or Le Baratin, perfect for an authentic Parisian culinary experience. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Monoprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The district also offers markets, local shops and typically Parisian terraces for strolling and enjoying the atmosphere of the district.

Getting Around:

The apartment is located in a well-connected neighborhood:

Alexandre Dumas Metro station (line 2) is right downstairs, and Charonne station (line 9) is a 5-minute walk away.

Bus lines 71 and 76 stop right at the doorstep. Additionally, lines 46, 56, 61, and 69 are just a few steps from the address.

If you are arriving from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport, it will take you 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the apartment. The transportation cost is approximately 10-13€, while a taxi ride may range from 35 to 55 euros.

If you are arriving by train, taking a taxi is the more convenient option, costing around 20 euros.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

We would like to inform you that renovations are currently underway in the building. Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
