- A beautiful 420 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and a terrace facing south and east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A balcony on the ground floor accessible from the dining room

The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
In the surrounding area, in Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, you'll find a variety of beaches, hiking trails (GR34), as well as sporting activities: dinghies, catamarans, sand yachting, kitesurfing, kayaking, coastal longe, diving, paragliding, Accrobranches, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, horse riding.
The Sables d'Or beach is 1.6 km away (access on foot or by bike).

- You can park directly on the plot in front of the garage or in front of the gate.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 20 minutes by car.

- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- An independent arrival: by collecting the keys directly from the house in a key box.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the house, share useful tips with you and hand you the keys.
