Welcome to Estrella Mountain in Goodyear, AZ. This private home gives you plenty of space with 4-bedroom & 2.5 bath. Enjoy the private resort style backyard with large salt water pool & NEW HOT TUB!

Get outside and enjoy the adventure Estrella Mountain has to offer you with Nicklaus designed Troon golf course, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball, 33-miles of world class walking/hiking/biking trails, neighborhood playgrounds, parks, restaurants and much more.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable. We recently added a water softener to the home and water filtration system in the kitchen for cooking and drinking water!

House is equipped with smart TVs throughout to stream movies and TV shows. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom & bathroom, plus 3 additional bedrooms and bathroom. Loft area for extra space with sectional to stretch out.

A significant focus is put toward minor details to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Here are a few highlights.

Power: USB Adapters throughout the house and in each bedroom for easy access to power up your devices.

Pool heating: During cooler months, having the pool heated is highly encouraged but will be charged a daily fee of $65. This charge will be handled separately as a payment request and will not be included in the initial booking.

BBQ grill: Traeger BBQ & CharBroil grill is ready for your grilling pleasure.

Mattresses: All mattresses are memory foam. They are on the firmer side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. Each mattress is protected with a hypoallergenic mattress cover for your health and safety.

Loft Sectional/Sleeper: The loft sectional can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa which can fit 2 kids or 1 adult. Air mattress is available as well.

For parties larger than 8, there will be a small additional fee per person per night due to providing for these sleeping accommodations as well to cover cost of increased use of consumables.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.

Perfect place to stay

My family including 2 teenage boys enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was as advertised. We loved the pool and hot tub and spent lots of time lounging. The gas grill came in handy for grilling some burgers and we enjoyed the outside area with plenty of seating and television. We enjoyed local hiking trails and even booked a balloon ride one evening. Highly recommend!

Goodyear getaway

Property was perfect for our visit to Goodyear for the Fiesta Bowl! Home was as described and owner was a pleasure to work with! Location was in the beautiful Estrella community with lots of walking trails and things to do.

Our home away from home

We came to this home for an extended stay and it was amazing. Jill is awesome and was very helpful every step of the way. The backyard was so fun and I think our kids were swimming every single day. It's in a very nice area of Estrella and the house was everything we needed. Thank you!!

Amazing Accommodations! Must stay!

Jill and Loren were AMAZING hosts. Their house is very clean, family friendly, great location and their communication is like no other. I would message Jill and she replied back immediately. They go above and beyond fur their guests. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We will for sure stay again.

Estrella Paradise

Everything was amazing. You can't beat the backyard, pool, BBQ and the neighborhood. The owner was very attentive to any concerns that were brought up, which were minimal. The house has all of the amenities you need for a long stay.

We fell in love with Estrella Mountain the first time we saw it. Such an amazing community with so many things to do. We are from the PNW so being outdoors in the SUN is such a gift. We love to golf, hike and enjoy the outdoors.
