If Marylin Monroe and JFK had a secret Phoenix hideaway, this is likely how it would have looked! Great energy and vibrant colors through out, this home would make an excellent get away that is close to all the great things offered in the Valley of the Sun. The home is set up with 3 full bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an office space for getting work done, and a very comfortable living space with fully stocked kitchen. Outside you'll find a heated* swimming pool, half court basketball, great lounging space, a fire pit to gather 'round at night, and a lemon tree with fresh lemons!

There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

We had a great family staycation while welcoming some out of town family. The basketball court was great and the pool, a little smaller than we thought but fit 7 people nicely!

Perfect home for our Girlfriends weekend

This home has it all. It is in a great Scottsdale location. Cute family friendly neighborhood. Relaxing backyard. Fully equipped kitchen. Bright beautiful living room. Perfect bathroom set-ups in each bedroom, as well as a guest bathroom off the hallway. We (5 - 40 year old ladies celebrating 35 years of friendship) had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Arcadia Mid-Century

Property was appointed as advertised and clean. Only complaint, if could even call it that, is that the design of the half-glass on showers/tubs makes for a mess when taking a shower and is not really functional. Otherwise, great place to stay and would stay again.

stayed here for a month and generally liked the layout and backyard. BUT bugs were an issue in both of the bathrooms we used and were really a nuisance. bug traps visible in most rooms but owner needs to address with exterminator. mechanical system is very loud and blows extremely strong air velocity in kitchen and master bedroom. front door does not shut without locking. wine fridge and ice maker at entry not operational. record player does not work. communicated both of these issues to management but no response. backyard lights are timed to be on all night which is also a nuisance for sleeeping

Fun and Functional House in Arcadia

We had a great time in Phoenix at this house in Arcadia. Honestly with a couple updates and a more thorough cleaning, we would have given it 5 stars. The house is well decorated and comfortable, unfortunately the couch is very dirty and seems like the cleaning crew missed some areas (like the master bath). The couch in particular either needs a deep clean or to be replaced. Similarly the bathrooms are showing their age with some peeling wallpaper, chipped tiles, etc. And the kitchen sink is significantly chipped/stained. The outdoor area is nice - decent pool that gets sunlight and the basketball court is great. Also, the house doesn't have cable, which normally would not have been a big deal - but we were trying to watch March Madness / College Men's Basketball so it was a miss to not have regular, live TV.

Family gathers

Having a house was a great way for all of us to get together. I will say , if you have someone in a wheelchair the bathroom doors are too small to get the wheelchair in. Other than that, the house was great!
