Private: large garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. On request. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.7 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 50 km. Nearby attractions: Spello 18 km, Perugia 30 km, Todi 35 km. Please note: car recommended.
