- A cozy living room with a convertible sofa, a smart TV and a low table that can be raised to become a dining table for 4 people (like magic!)

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?). And there is also a breakfast counter with 2 high stools.

- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm, and very comfortable bedding!) and two storage closets.

- A shower room with toilets and everything else that can be found in a shower room.

- Located in the heart of the “La Banane” district of Cannes, only steps from the beaches, top-rated restaurants, the famous Rue d’Antibes and the Palais des Festivals.
- Air conditioning in the apartment.

- Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and Wifi.

**AND AS A BONUS**

- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request with advance notice.)
- A map of the city and a guide of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Jean de Riouffe, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques along the Rue d’Antibes. (30 seconds to get there, a little more to empty your bank account).

- Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (3 minutes away.)

- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and enjoy the sea breeze (2 minutes to get there)

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (2 minutes away.)

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Timing is up to you and your legs.)

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
