This convenient apartment offers the following layout:

- A living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV and a coffee table that can be raised to become a dining table for 4 people.

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you’ll need, including a bar counter and two high stools.

- A bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed and two storage closets.

- A shower room with toilets.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 3 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps down your street, the Rue Jean de Riouffe, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than a few minutes on foot:

- Do some luxury name-brand shopping on the trendy Rue d’Antibes (30 seconds away).

- Feast on delicious pastries, cocktails or gourmet dishes, in the fine eateries along the Rue Hoche (3 min.).

- Walk along the Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches (2 min.).

- Reach the iconic Palais des Festivals (2 min.).

Several public parking locations are within a few minutes on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
