Pleasant T2, very bright and with beautiful volumes, facing the bay of Fort de France..
Location and quiet environment, 50 m from Anse Mitan beach, you only have to cross the street without any difference in height, next to the Casino, the exact location of the Residence is in the gallery in the last photo ;
Close to the tourist district of Pointe du Bout with its shops, restaurants, hotels and their dinner shows and dances, and its marina.
The location of this apartment allows you to spend an excellent vacation, without a car
The apartment includes:
an air-conditioned bedroom, 160 x 190 bed with balcony and sea view,
a living room with 1 160 x 200 convertible sofa with fan, TV and free fiber wifi.

On a large enclosed terrace with sea view, a kitchen area with combined microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for your comfort. Ironing board and iron

Fort-de-France can be reached in 30 minutes by the maritime shuttle (the pontoon is 150 m away), which allows you to access the airport with the TRAM.
Anse Mitan beach has a shower area to help you desalinate and remove sand.
