- Fully equipped and functional kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker filters, kettle, toaster, induction hob, oven, microwave and many appliances.
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a 160 bed and a shower room
- Terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs for 8 people), electric plancha, umbrella, 4 deckchairs

Floor:
- Bedroom 2: two 80 beds that can be moved closer together (bed 160)
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath
- Provision of an umbrella cot and a high chair free of charge
