About this property

The Mas de Roujou gîtes

"Les Gîtes du Mas de Roujou" welcomes you to a magnificent and peaceful setting in the Lot region, half an hour from Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, the Pech Merle Caves, and 40 minutes from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and many other superb sites to visit.

This ideally located and peaceful spot offers two holiday rentals: one for six people and one for four people (see our other listing).

The cottage for 6 people includes:
- a beautiful living room, a cosy dining area, and a lovely, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher...)
- a modern bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks.
- Separate toilet.
- 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with new 160-size beds and one with two new 90-size beds.
- A private terrace/garden.

The (big) PLUS: A magnificent 12*5 pool area consisting of 3 levels (1st level 40 cm deep, 2nd level 80 cm, these two levels are ideal for very young children accompanied by their parents, and finally the top level, which is 1.60 m deep) and its pool house await you to relax after a wonderful day exploring (or not) the surrounding area. (The pool will be closed for the winter from October 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023).

And for the more adventurous, a lovely body of water for fishing enthusiasts or a picnic lunch awaits you just 5 minutes from the site.

Practical information:
- Parents are fully responsible for young children’s access to the pool.
- To avoid any inconvenience, young children must wear a special swim nappy.
- At the end of your stay, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of 0.54 centimes per day per adult.
- A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
- A security deposit check (which will not be cashed, of course) in the amount of 800€ will be required upon your arrival.
- Not a fan of cleaning on your departure day? No worries—we can take care of cleaning the cottage at the end of your stay. This service costs 60 euros.

- The high-season rate is: 1,100.00 euros
- The low-season rate is: 600.00 euros.

Un séjour parfait dans une maison de vacances accueillante

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances. La maison était propre, bien entretenue et joliment aménagée. Tout était prévu pour que nous nous sentions à l’aise dès notre arrivée.Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement sympathiques, toujours disponibles et prêts à nous aider ou à nous renseigner sur les activités et les lieux à visiter dans la région.Les environs offrent une multitude de possibilités, que ce soit pour des balades, des visites culturelles ou des activités en plein air. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Nous avons eu plaisir à accueillir Lieve, Mattias et leurs deux enfants. Des personnes adorables et respectueuses. Le gîte a bien été entretenu et rendu tres propre et bien rangé. Ce sera avec joie de les accueillir à nouveau. Nous recommandons Lieve et sa charmante petite famille.
