The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy for you to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.

In the bedroom, you'll find a queen-size (160 x 200) bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

Please note: Renovation work is currently taking place in the building’s common areas. While the apartment itself remains unaffected, some noise or disruption may occur during the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, Maubert - Mutualité, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
