Schöner Ausblick
Wir hatten an sich einen schönen Aufenthalt in Omis. Das Apartment war sauber und der Check In Vorgang verlief gut.
Leider ist die Wohnung mit nur 2 Fenstern sehr dunkel, die Klimaanlage ließ sich zwar einschalten, ging aber nur 18°, andere Einstellungen waren nicht möglich, da die Fernbedienung sich immer wieder abschaltete. Der Kühlschrank steht permanent unter Wasser, scheinbar Problem mit dem Eisfach. Der Herd hat sich mehrfach von alleine abgeschaltet während des Kochens. Insgesamt ist die Küche eher schlecht ausgestattet. Es war nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer da, was für mich das Minimum ist, was vorhanden sein sollte. In anderen Bewertungen schreiben Gäste von einem Obstkorb/Gemüse Wein oder Eiern, die scheinbar von der Gastgeberin als Willkommensgruß bereitgestellt wurden. Bei unserem Besuch gab es nichts der Gleichen. Die Wohnung wird mit Waschmaschinen beworben, Waschmittel war jedoch nicht da. Soll man sich als Gast für 1x waschen eine ganze Packung kaufen?
Die Nachbarn oben drüber waren sehr laut, besonders zwischen 21 und 23 Uhr, was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben. Es gibt noch einige weitere Punkte wie eine defekte Duschkopf Halterung und und und.. aufgrund des schönen Ausblicks geben wir 3 Sterne. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis halten wir für ungenügend.
