In addition to the fabulous view of the ocean it has everything else you'll need for your get-away! It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Sit inside at either the bar and kitchen table or enjoy a meal out on the balcony while you watch the sunrise or sunset. The community has its own beach access. It may sound cliche, but you are literally steps from the beach! The SeaSpray community also has an outdoor pool and a courtyard with community grills. This condo is conveniently located to Fort Macon State Park. You'll also find excellent restaurants and attractions on the island or after a quick drive to Morehead City or Beaufort. It's the perfect place for you to be as active or relaxed as you want!
Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators or ramps.

Mtn to Sea 2023

We live in the Appalachian Mountains near Boone, and love coming to Atlantic Beach right before the new school year as a last hooray for summer. The condo was in a perfect location, great view of the Atlantic, and very comfortable for me and the kids. We would stay again and recommend to our friends. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Atlantic Beach

Condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved the huge pool and the easy access to the beach. Convieniently located near restaurants, supermarket, shopping.

I live in the Raleigh area and have always dreamed of owning a home at the beach. I worked really hard to make that happen and bought my place 5 years ago. I'm not quite ready for retirement, so when I'm not using it, I want to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

Of all the amazing coastal areas in NC, my favorite is the Crystal Coast! Friends introduced me to SeaSpray and when the time and the opportunity were right, I couldn't pass it up!

What makes this property unique

Many properties say "steps from the beach." This one really is. In less than 5 minutes you can be from the condo door to sitting in your beach chair with your toes in the sand. If you forget something or need a refill, again, 5 minutes and you're back! The balcony view is really incredible and what sold me on buying this unit. I updated the living room furniture and master bed when I bought it in 2019. I just added new beds in the 2nd bedroom. It really is a second home that I want to share with you!
