Located in a quiet area, this 80m2 house is fitted out to accommodate 6 people with two outdoor spaces, one of which can park 2 vehicles.<br>It is ideal for a family holiday or for a stay with friends.<br><br> About 10 minutes drive from the beach of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer and 4 minutes drive from the city centre of Saint-Augustin.<br><br>The accommodation is composed of:<br><br>ON THE GROUND FLOOR:<br>- 1 entrance to the main room <br>- 1 living room equipped with a corner sofa, pull-out coffee tables, 1 TV and WIFI (fibre)<br>- 1 dining area with a table and 8 chairs.<br>- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster<br>- 1 separate toilet on the ground floor<br>- 1 outdoor area facing south-west at the front and one at the back of the house facing east equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for meals and relaxation in the shade of the pine trees.<br><br>UPSTAIRS: <br>- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200) and storage.<br>- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and storage space.<br>- 1 bedroom with pull-out bed (2x80) and a wardrobe.<br>- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, cabinet with 1 sink.<br><br>SHEETS NOT PROVIDED - <br>Our La Loge d'Alexa concierge service offers various services, you have the possibility to rent sheets and towels as well as beach towels.<br>TO BE ORGANIZED WITH THE CONCIERGE SERVICE:<br>- Arrival time between 3 pm and 8 pm with a call 1/2 hour before your arrival on the premises<br>For arrivals outside the agency's opening hours, either:<br>- From 8pm to 10pm you will be charged an additional €30<br> - From 10:15 pm to midnight 50€<br>No departure before 6:00 a.m.<br>From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€<br><br>Any delay or modification of the departure time set with La Loge will result in an invoice of 40€ which will be paid on site. This delays the interventions of our teams and disrupts our well-organized schedule. Another appointment will be imposed by La Loge in order to check the accommodation in good conditions.<br><br>- A charcoal BBQ is available, we ask that the grill be cleaned after each use and that the charcoal tank be emptied and clean when you leave: A payment of 50€ will be asked in case this regulation is not respected and that the BBQ is to be emptied and cleaned by us which is not provided for in the cleaning package.
