Our home was built & decorated with love. Fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, feel "at home" vacation. Families & mature adults only, no parties. We will meet you upon check in to go over the specifics.3mi/town. Boat mooring for 22' boat

We're a family of four. Our two boys are older and have jobs now so don't get out to Hamptons much anymore. My hubby and I are seasonal workers and pretty busy in the summer. This is why we decided to share our home with others.

Why they chose this property

Our home is very cozy and comfortable and the location on the water and the evening sunsets and fire pit make this the perfect place for young and old. You can just chill and relax while watching boats and the gorgeous sunsets and/or get out there and have some fun paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, canoeing, look for shells, fish and catch clams for dinner.

What makes this property unique

You can literally walk right into the water. It's shallow so also great for kids. If you have your own boat, you can actually get right out of the pond into the Peconic and roam.
