Amazing House!!

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend. Great property with easy access to downtown. Decorations, cleanliness and coziness are all top notch. Will definitely be back. Owners very communicative and take great care to make sure everything was great for an awesome weekend.

Great group stay

We needed a space for a small group of friends for the weekend. The house was perfect. Clean, quaint and cozy in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of CDA. We had one question at check in and Zoie responded within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Zoie!

Great location and perfect for families

Zoie's place was fantastic for our extended family of 11. We had plenty of room in the house for everyone to sleep comfortably and we never felt crowded.The kitchen had ALL the amenities including an Instant Pot and Kitchen Aid! The bathrooms were clean and showers worked great. Our most favorite part was the fire pit outside! We spent most of our time together there, visiting, catching up, and laughing. The neighborhood was a great place to walk around and everyone we met was so nice. The only negative was I couldn't find a hair dryer, but was able to borrow one from my sister. So all in all a WONDERFUL place to stay in Couer d'Alene!

Nicely decorated. Relaxing fish tank. Great kitchen

The refrigerator didn’t keep our milk, eggs cool so those perished. Outside sitting area needs to be pressure washed. Maybe remove junk & weeds from entryway where we park as guests. Many nice touches like a small cooler in the master bath with Coke! Great dining room with sparkly fish tank 🐠. Comfy beds! Problem with A/C but Hosts came over later and fixed the problem. Good communicators 🌟. Outside definitely needs yard maintenance with overgrown lawn, some street noise but the house was very clean & comfortable!! Great for big groups and family friendly 🏡🇺🇸

We agree that our house is great for big groups and families. We are very sorry about the fridge, it's only 6 months old and if we had known, we would of repaired it. Your group was one of the first that we hosted and weren't aware of some of the issues you brought up. This gave us the opportunity to make some corrections with the details you provided. If we get the pleasure of hosting your group again, I think you'll be happy with the improvements that we made.

Great for a large group

I loved how furnished this place was and all the decor really made it feel "homey." Only note would be to fix the pull-out as the frame is broken and made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience.

Good stay

We had 4 adults and 4 teenaged girls. Nice spot with plenty of room for all of us to not feel on top of one another! Clean and close drive to town and beach. Aside from the lake, CDA has many good places to eat and have fun. The Escape room was a fun night and the movie theater was great too. Rafting in Montana was worth the drive as well. Overall a good place to enjoy all that CDA has to offer !

Biking vacation!

Spent three awesome days in/around CDA biking and hanging by the beach. It as nice to look forward to the end of the day hanging out in Zoie’s wonderful house. It was perfect for our group of 6.

A convenient and spacious vacation property!

We recently visited Coeur d’Alene for a family reunion. The property was as described and was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to recreation areas and the host offered dining suggestions (which we took and were very impressed with).

Relaxing and Lovely

The property was fantastic (the decor was even our style), the home was clean, the outdoor space was perfect for our visit. It was a bit further from the water than we anticipated but the weather kept us more focused elsewhere too so we were happy to roll with it! 10/10, would stay again next visit to CdA! From my 11 year old niece: It was a beautiful home. All of the rooms were very unique and I will definitely stay again!!!!!

Great location, great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jakob and Zoie were great, helpful and prompt. The house was very nice and had lots of fun stuff for the family. Loved the easy access to the freeway, less than 30 minutes to Silverwood, and so close to downtown CDA. We will stay again.
