1 bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet -
Heating package of 25 €/week from October to May. Electric heating. Private parking space. Balcony furniture. Washing machine. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week, short stays possible).
