1 double bedroom for 2 people with TV, with balcony, SEA VIEW, and 1 en suite bathroom with bath, sink, toilet -
1 bedroom with 2 beds for 1 person with TV, with balcony, SEA VIEW, and 1 en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet -
LINEN INCLUDED (sheets, towels, tea towels). TV in the living room and in the bedrooms. Free WIFI. Many free public parking spaces in front of the Residence. Gas central heating. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Cot and high chair available free of charge on request and subject to availability. Washing machine drying in common room. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed: less 7kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (final cleaning, ...etc.).

L'appartement est moderne et bien équipé, les deux chambres sont grandes et bénéficient de la vue sur le port de plaisance, les lits sont très confortables et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains et son balcon, la vue sur le port est exceptionnelle, les liaisons en bus sont idéales, desservant en moins de dix minutes la belle plage de Trestinel, en quinze minutes la charmante ville de Perros Guirec, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! nous aurons plaisir à y séjourner à nouveau.

Appartement tres agréable et tres propre. Une vue magnifique sur le port. La prestation est conforme au descriptif. Ce qui nous a permis de.passer un super sejour sur les cotes de granot rose qui ne manque pas de recoin a visiter.
