Beautiful 4BR/2BA Home with Heated Pool on Canal, Near Beaches
This beautiful spacious home offers soaring ceilings and over 2100 square feet of air-conditioned space. The master suite has a king size bed with streaming television and a double sink bathroom, spacious tile shower and separate garden tub. There is another king size bedroom with satellite TV and streaming. There is a queen size bedroom overlooking the canal with a smart television. There is a bedroom with twin beds and smart television. There is satellite/smart TV in the living area. All rooms have local antenna television available.
The five-foot deep heated in ground pool has screen enclosure with patio furniture on the lanai. You can enjoy the view of the canal from the lanai. There is a large gas grill for your outside cooking. We have bicycles available and there are numerous bike paths in the area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a wine cooler. It is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and utility sink.
Dining and shopping are close by. The house is located minutes from Pine Island, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral has its own beach.

This location is close to Pine Island and great fishing. It is off the path of the regular tourists but close enough to enjoy everything the area offers.

It is great to get up in the morning and have breakfast on the lanai and soak up the peace and quiet in this neighborhood. You can sun or swim in the pool anytime you want.
