Self check-in makes arrival easy and stress-free. Guests will enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, with our local team available via Vrbo messaging if assistance is needed.

Important Notes

Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including children

No parties or events permitted

Quiet residential neighborhood; please be mindful of noise, especially during evening hours

Pool is not fenced separately from the canal; children must be supervised at all times

Dock is intended for fishing and relaxing only; swimming in the canal is not permitted

Pool service and lawn maintenance may occur during the stay

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property

Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection

Pool Heating Notice

Pool temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions, including air temperature, rain, wind, and overnight lows. In favorable weather, pools typically heat at a rate of one to two degrees per hour. Pool heaters generally operate on a seven to eight hour daytime cycle and are not able to actively heat overnight.

Because weather conditions are beyond our control, no refunds are given for pool heat, including situations where the desired temperature cannot be reached.

Grill Use & Cleaning Notice

The grill is available for guest use during the stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use and leaving it in the same condition as found.

A grill is considered not clean if food residue, grease buildup, charred debris, or utensils are left on the grates or surfaces. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned properly. All necessary cleaning utensils are provided.
