We propose to you to the rent, in Camoël, this charming house of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber) included, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
- A laundry room.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
- An enclosed courtyard at the front of the house
- A terrace at the back of the house, accessible from the laundry room, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Sunny in the late afternoon.

For even more comfort: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha.

The apartment is ideally located in the center of Camoël, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also restaurants, bars, market... as well as the bus stops.

Activities :
Located between the Gulf of Morbihan (30 minutes by car) and the Presqu'ile de Guérande, will be the ideal starting point for your day trips! A few kilometers away, don't miss Pénestin, surrounded by the ocean, and offering to sea lovers 25 kilometers of coastline dotted with beaches and creeks. On this commune, the classified site of the Gold Mine and its golden cliffs are worth the detour as well as the small fishing port of Tréhiguier. Less than 10 minutes away by car, all the activities related to the sea, beach, fishing, kayak and boat rental. Numerous sports activities, hiking trails, horseback riding, water sports...

Transportation:
- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: La Baule-Escoublac (about 30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (about 55 minutes by car).

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Steep staircase.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
