Quiet and Quaint

Very clean house in a nice, new development really close to everything we needed. We were in town visiting family and this was just the place we needed for our family of 4. Natalia was a very good host and was there if/when we needed her. I highly recommend this place for any family’s visiting the Fresno/clovis area.

Beautiful home

Natalie has a great place, the house was clean and spacious and the neighborhood was quite. She had a welcome book with everything we needed for our stay. Nice place

Nice place, clean, a little under stocked- no kitchen trash bags and laundry soap or charcoal for the grill. Owner was a little hard to get in touch with. All in all, I would recommend as the stay was enjoyable and the drive to the parks was reasonable!

For 2 nights stay you have had large 3 trash bags. Laundry detergent was for 10 loads and I am not sure why you needed more. 1 min drive or 5 min walk from the house to gas station near by, you could purchase for less than 5 dollars charcoal if you needed it for the BBQ grill. It is unfair, that you felt that it was hard to get hold of me. I promptly notified you, that I will be travelling and may not have reception all the time and answered your question about providing you with cooler 3 hours later as I had no reception right at the time. You also have had the phone and name of emergency contact if I was not available. I am frustrated that you failed to notify me of broken glass when you left

Very nice, but could use some improvements.

The property itself is very nice and in almost new shape. However, the furnishings are lacking. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable for us and there is only a single couch and kitchen table for seating in the living room/kitchen area. There is a very nice patio but only a card table with folding chairs to sit in and enjoy the outdoors. If the furnishings were improved the house would easily rate a 5 star.

I am proud of having not cluttered house with a lot of space. Mattress softness is personal preference and can’t please all. Outdoor chairs for dining 5 yards from the house is the pool area with soft areas to seat and enjoy Also you can use extra pillows and blankets if needed

5 Days 4 Nights

I will start with the good. The house is generally clean and the use of the community pool was great. The pool was the primary reason we chose this property. Our stay was good from a "place to hang your hat". There are two issues with this property one is the washing machine and the other is the property owner. The washing machine is front loaded and has a strong mold smell due to the door being closed all the time. This made the towels provided smell like mold, luckily we had brought our own. The biggest concern is the property owner. During our stay we broke one very simple white cereal bowl (non brand name). I did not let the property owner know that we broke it. After we left we were told that we were going to be charged $58.70 for this bowl. After finding comparable sets of 4 bowls for less than 30 dollars on amazon and complete dish sets for less than 58.70 at home depot. I reached out and told the property owner that this is unacceptable. She simply charged it anyway and said it is in my rules of the house (which by the way is a multi page three ring binder). This behavior and the inability to provide a receipt for the given charge is very frustrating and possibly unlawful. I am happy to pay for a new bowl as our family did break one. I am not happy about having to pay full price on 4 units on a price that is not congruent with what is provided in the rental. The property owner will mention things like fine dinning experience and needing 8 bowls but the reality is the dinner table seats 6 and is covered with a butterfly table cloth and clear vinyl cover which is not fine dinning. This are the cheapest bowls money can buy which I would expect in a rental property.

I have never closed the washing mashing door and we keep it open as a routine and nobody felt the smell of mold. My house is new and has been only used as vacation rental for one year and washing machine is new. I guess, you could be right that if you had it closed with wet content it can smell mold. You used all my towels and it is dishonest to state otherwise. I am sorry about your frustration, but writing that the dinnerware has not been branded is another false, dishonest retaliation comment. You had a photo of the brand called "Over and back" which I send to you with measurements of the bowl. The dishes set was for 8 persons, but I could buy 4 set replacement. I notified you right away that you can purchase the same brand fine porcelain replacement. I am amazed how for 5 days and 4 nights after breaking the dish at my house you did not buy the replacement and felt that I have to have less dishes as it was only 6 dinning chairs at the table and left house without letting me know. When notified of damage you wanted to replace it with cheapest amazon bowls which are thick and heavy and not possible to use and do not match the rest of the dinnerware. When you are staying at my house I am proud to provide high quality porcelain dinnerware and had to replace the set of 4 as they are not sold individually. I charged you exactly what I paid. Per VRBO, I was not obligated to provide proof of purchase receipt to you as you failed to replace the broken dish and was not able to understand that you can not replace one dish from the set and whole set replacement needed. I have 8 pages small, not ring binder with one page with large print stating that you have to replace broken items . The same rules are online if you are not able to use binder. Stating that it is large rules binder is another false claim. I hope you understand from this experience that when you stay as a guest you have to be mindful and if you break things you have to notify the owner and replace the broken item with equivalent not the cheapest version of it.

Great house with an excellent location

The house is just what you need! It has everything, including a putt-putt golf course and right across from the community swimming pool. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to downtown Clovis and Fresno.

Best place in Clovis!

We had a long term stay at Natalie’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience of Clovis/Fresno! House is located in a quiet, safe, new subdivision of Clovis and conveniently located not too far away from everything. Having a 2 car garage was a huge plus and her place was exceptionally clean and nice. Would highly recommend any group coming to stay at her place!

California visit

We stayed at this property for 3 days and we would come back again if in the area. The house had every essential thing that I would need for a few days stay, looked clean and with plenty of room. The beads were a bit hard but ok, quite neighborhood and a pool that we could not use due to weather. It is located about 3+ hours from Yosemite Park and a bit more from Sequoia National Park. There is a playground in 5 min drive and the access to the main highways fairly easy.

Wonderful house

I along with the guests were extremely pleased with the stay at house. All rules were straightforward, rooms were spacious, and house was very clean. Communication with the owner is great, all questions were answered quickly. Great service overall, I would definitely have another stay.

Rest after Water Park

It was an easy 10 minute drive from the wild water adventure park. After a day of fun under the sun it was nice to relax in a clean beautiful space where the kids could play!! Homey & comfortable!!
