Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our only feedback is to make sure the ceiling fans are working and remotes have batteries. We could not get one fan to turn down and couldn’t get the other two fans to turn on due to remotes not having batteries.

Peaceful island stay

Location was quiet and unique on a small island. This condo was well-kept, comfortable and the perfect fit for our family. It is a bit of a drive to Austin activities but we knew that when booking. We stayed a bit off season so not a lot of restaurants open in the area during the week. Also the pools were not heated so a bit too cold to fully enjoy for spring; even the inside pool. The property owner was easy to communicate with and always prompt in responding. The condo was well stocked with essentials and had great towels and bedding. We would recommend and would stay here again!!

Beautiful place to stay

We loved the location , but our AC wasn’t working properly and the WiFi was out for half of our trip. We needed it for homework for the kids and our jobs. Also the cable wasn’t working half the time in the living room. The owner was very nice, but there were just a lot of inconveniences.

Unfortunately, a storm came through the area during your stay which knocked out the internet/cable for about 36 hours to all residents at the Island which was beyond our control. The COA contacted the provider immediately, but due to an influx of calls for the same issue they were unable to restore as timely as hoped. We strive to provide a five star experience for all our guests. My apologies for the inconveniences. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay! -Robin
