About this property

Current Status: we still have a lake view from our balcony! Amenities are up and running at normal hours including the sauna and locker rooms. On site Spa is OPEN!! and Restaurant on site is OPEN and delicious. Their hours vary and there are places nearby. This is your peaceful place! Come relax as you watch the sun set, take a dip in one of the 3 pools or decompress in the Sauna or Hot Tub. Or rent some SUPs or other equipment at our onsite boutique for fun on the lake. There is something for everyone, children and pups included. Imagine how you would spend your time in paradise. Would you play tennis or grill something delicious on your private balcony? Or my favorite: having a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of red local wine in the evening as I watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in the area. With so many options to choose from, you will keep coming back to try them all!

You can relax and unwind or work from home on the quiet balcony overlooking the best view of Lake Travis. Resort living at it's best!

As Advertised!

My family stayed here for the weekend of the Mellow Tejas Trail Race at Pace Bend Park. The only thing we didn't have was a boat to take us across the river to the event :) Our Host was great; very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean and a much better option than staying in a hotel. The property has well-kept pools, a nice gym, and views of the river and surrounding area. Our 13-year-old daughter wants to come back to stay for her birthday!

Amazing condo with a great view

We live close by and love doing long weekends at the Island on Lake Travis. This is our second stay at this condo and it's the best. The extra ACs are especially amazing with how hot it's been this summer. The pools are refreshing. The spa is really good-get a couples massage if you can- we love those! The coffee bar set up is perfection and there are even extra spices and condiments. These owners have thought of everything to make life easier. Basically, throw your swimsuit in a bag with some shorts and go. We would love to keep this one as our personal secret, but it's too good not to share. The owner is a great communicator and very responsive! Definitely in our "visit again" list. C and S

Perfect summer getaway

What a lovely place to stay on Lake Travis! We loved this place, beautiful views,clean,great inviting home! It had everything we needed and our host was so helpful and encouraging. We will come back

Love this condo!

We decided to spend the 4th on Lake Travis, and I’m so grateful we did! First this condo is comfortable and spacious. It has a very well stocked kitchen and thoughtful additions such as a coffee bar! Even with the lake being very low, the view from the balcony was still breathtaking and there’s easy access to the lake. I had several requests for changes as well as just general questions and I couldn’t have asked for more friendly customer service. I never once felt like a bother. My family and I really enjoyed this place and will likely be back!

Fantastic property

I highly recommend this property! IT’s everything you want in a resort with the feeling of a home. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watched boaters. The pools are clean and well maintained. The coffee/tea bar was a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds are comfy. Highly recommend for your next getaway!
