Beautiful Townhouse
I was wow-ed by how the interior of the Townhouse was designed and decorated, extremely nice. Loved the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Outdoor seating was very nice also.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! On street parking. We ubered everywhere. Clean, quiet, updated, and convenient to Center City. Bring your own paper towels, napkins, ziplock baggies, etc. for kitchen though. Would definitely stay here again!
We were celebrating my daughter and dad’s birthday together in New Jersey. Staying here was perfect location to go to Jersey and enjoy some cool stuff in Philly! The neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Inside the home was just beautiful nicely decorated and clean! Parking was tricky for us at times but we were getting in late at times after visiting with family, so it was expected. All in all we have a great stay and I would recommend staying here!
The house was PERFECT! Exactly like the pictures you will have a very good time here . There’s only 2 cons the master bedroom doesn’t have a TV and the shower downstairs is too little for tall people. But amazing bathroom though . This was Great

Winter stay
rental itself has nice space and bathrooms , however kitchen is not stocked with silverware or cooking items .. there is also a lot of repairs that need done in rental including stairs , hole in couch, bed frame and window blinds ..
Parking is also a challenge and you have to be lucky to find street parking ..the neighborhood is also questionable

Nice house (but)
We stayed 3 nights, plenty of room. Super cute house, but the parking is but easy. Neighborhood was sketchy, we didn't have problems. We had to park blocks away, when we arrived late in evening after phillies games. We were upset about parking the most. Some of the things in house were broken. We originally had another person going to stay and didn't because of parking and Neighborhood.
Tried to contact host by text twice, but NO reponse. Primary bath DID NOT water /we discovered the water was turned off, evidenly faucet leaked, so we had to use our sons bathroom or kitchen sink to brush teeth, etc Not impressed with all of the signs all over, but no info given to guests about existing issues!!! This location also had the least amount of pre stocked supplies for guests to use.

Home itself, beautiful…location, sketchy
A group of girlfriends and I stayed for a weekend away and to see a concert in NJ. We chose this home because it was close to the RiverLink ferry, the pictures looked amazing and the description boasted about the great location. While the inside was very nice (floors could definitely use a better cleaning) and had everything we needed, the location itself was a little worrisome for a group of women. Definitely didn’t feel
Comfortable walking anywhere! Also found it it a bit unnerving that there were Security cameras in the main living space and on the patio area so we felt we were being watched the whole time.
Lovely and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location provided easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The host was promptly responsive and check-in/out were a breeze. I would say this home is best suited for parties of four…even though it can sleep up to 8 people…the couch is the only seating in the main living area and it seats 4, and the dining table only seats 4. The basement suite is a nice space but it has very low ceilings and a low shower head so it’s not accommodating to “tall” people (5’8”). Parking is a bit of a challenge as the house is located on a narrow one-way street with parking on one side only…not convenient for loading/unloading luggage and other belongings, and not favorable at night if no spot remains on the street. We did use UBER and GrubHub during our stay without any issues. The house could have been a bit better supplied (ie; laundry detergent, paper towels, Kleenex and K-cups are all things we needed to purchase/furnish), and there was no kitchen towel so we had to use a hand towel from one of the bathrooms. One of the upstairs bathrooms didn’t have hand soap. The refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker so we were filling two ice trays constantly through our stay. There was a camera inside the home which felt invasive. We did not utilize the security system. Overall our stay was great, and we would recommend this home to others (with note to the above).
Headed to Philly for a concert/event/game - this place is it!
We chose this property primarily because of its proximity to the Wells Fargo Center (we saw Muse on 3/19), but the location is great regardless of what brings you to Philadelphia. The home is as pictured: the furniture is comfortable, the decor modern, and everything was fresh and clean.
Street parking is available (parallel), but keep in mind that you may be a few blocks away. A few of us in our group have mobility issues, but there was zero issue with my husband dropping us and all of our luggage in front of the home. If you're staying during the week, pay attention to school zone signs.
Some of the fixtures/furniture had minor hardware issues (loose bolts, etc) and some of the smaller/diy repairs to the home appeared to have been rushed, but none of that affected our stay, in fact, I'd be lying if I said there weren't a few repairs in my own home that were completed in the same way. I took note of a few pieces (cute sink in powder room) because I have a few small spaces that need remodeling and the home gave me several great design ideas.
The host emailed us a few days ahead of our arrival and provided easy to follow instructions for check in. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a nice note and a stocked Keurig machine (it has a frother too!). The enclosed patio area is super cute, but we only got to enjoy it briefly because it was pretty chilly during our stay. I imagine that on a cool summer evening it's quite lovely to sit out there and relax with friends.
The host is personable and easy to reach. We did not need anything during our stay, but I have no doubt any issues we might have had would have been addressed promptly.
FYI neurodivergent/disabled travelers: this home is wonderful, but it has many stairs and is almost exclusively lit from overhead.
Finally: Please don't be afraid of the location! It's a city! The next time we head to Philly for a concert, this home will be first place we check for availability.
I was hesitant about staying at someone else’s home however after texting with the host she reassured me that this would be an easy process. The home is exactly as it is seen on the website. The basement suite is awesome and so is the shower! The added bonus was the special washing soaps, I brought my own but I was curious and tried the shower soap…it smelled really good. Overall, my purpose was to have my family together for Christmas and my stay at this home served its purpose. My grandson said the house looks so “Futuristic!” Thank you again, for letting me create more memories that matter to me! Hope to see you again😉
My only regret is not being able to try the conditioner on offer in the showers! Great for an overnight, wish we could have stayed longer
