The apt was very spacious and you didn’t feel like you had other people around you. (Apts below on first floor). It was well stocked in the kitchen and bath. We had to go look for our towels but they were all there in the closets and laundry room. Oh, and the view! What a way to end the summer. Thanks Sharon for being very responsive!

This place is exceptional. You DO pay for the view and location on the rocky shoreline. Simply magnificent. We had 3 couples, the master space is the BEST I’ve ever experienced. Great Patio and backyard. Sharon is readily available for any questions. Hope I can return another time. The walk to Good Harbor Beach is only .75 miles.

Atlantic Mist was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The ocean and waves on Bass Rocks are right across the street to enjoy all day. The sandy beach at Good Harbor is a half mile down the road which is great because beach parking is challenging in the summer. There is a free shuttle around Gloucester that has a stop right near the property. There are three bedrooms: king; twin with a daybed and the ocean view king upstairs. The listing photos are accurate but the description in the listing doesn’t match the bedroom. Highly recommend this oceanside vacation.

Outstanding Place to Stay Near the Beach

We loved all the space and the ability to see and hear the sea. The sound of the sea was great for sleeping. The short walk to Good Harbor beach is a real plus. Our family loved it.

Great location to experience Gloucester and Rockport!

Great location to experience the area and beautiful views of the sunrise over the ocean each morning! Property was exactly as advertised and we would highly recommend to others.

Amazing

The home and views were so amazing we didn’t want to leave. The waves rocked us to sleep at night. The space was amazing. We had plenty to cook on and plenty of room for our family. The views were breath taking. I’d stay again !!

Beautiful and spacious location

Wonderful view of the ocean. The space is absolutely stunning, with a full kitchen, lots of room to spread out, and every amenity that one could need, including a washer and dryer. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and stores, my family and I just loved this place and will definitely hope to return. Sharon and Ryan were wonderful hosts and were very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Views

This is a wonderful property, great views from living room, dining room and marvelous master bedroom on 3rd floor. This is a multi-unit rental, not a whole house rental. Sharon lives on site and is consistently pleasant and very helpful.

Lovely property

The master bedroom and living room were exceptional -- spacious and beautiful. The remaining rooms were acceptable, but we had not realized that the den cannot be completely closed off (that and the broken sofa bed were a problem for the person who slept there -- though I expect the sofa bed has been fixed by now!). The property is alongside a main road, so traffic noise could be bothersome. The view from the master bedroom is wonderful.

Modern and Updated, Beautiful Views

Beautiful home in the equally beautiful Gloucester area. Our extended family appreciated the large rooms on the second and third floors of the house. Morning coffee on the front deck, enjoying the surf and the sun, lead to drinks in the back yard to wrap up the days. The short walk to Good Harbor Beach was handy as well. Updated kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a nice grill in the backyard. Updated and modern bathrooms also a nice touch. Sharon is a wonderful host, providing suggestions on the local amenities. Truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Sharon & Ryan!

Beautiful views in a fabulous house on the ocean

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and conviently located for our purposes. The master suite and bathroom were amazing with unbeatable views and a comfortable king size bed. The master is located up a short flight of stairs from the other bedrooms and main living space which is great for privacy and quiet. It is just a short 15 minute walk to a beautiful public beach which also has public parking that has to be reserved if preferred to walking. The property is located close to the road and you could hear the traffic when the windows are open, but honestly the sounds of the waves pretty much mask the car noise. The air-conditioning worked very well to cool the house for sleeping. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful, relaxing & everything we needed!

As soon as we walked through this property for the first time, my 9 year old daughter said, “omg this is so fancy! I feel like a rich person!”😅♥️Everything about this place was beautiful, but especially the view of the ocean from nearly every window you look out of. I woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed and resdg to take on the day all 3 days we were there, because the amazing ocean views greeting me each morning. I only wish we didn’t plan so many fun activities around Salem & Gloucester while there, because honestly, just relaxing in that environment would have been an amazing vacation too without going anywhere! We will definitely be back again when I have time off work to make the trip there again from Ohio. It was absolutely perfect in every way! Also adding… my daughter got a stuffed black cat while in Salem that she named Romeo (our black cats name) because she missed his so much while we were away from him. She cuddled him every night & then we accidentally left him on the couch when we left and realized it about 3 hrs into our trip back home. The host was quick to respond that they’d be willing to ship Romeo back to us and it made my daughter SO happy to hear that. Highly recommend this property just on the responsiveness and kindness of the host alone.♥️

Family Fun in East Gloucester

Sharon was a great host and owns a wonderful property. My family and I had a great time enjoying the clean, well appointed property. We had everything we needed and then some. Our son who is two and a half, loved the house and the walks to Good Harbor Beach. The ocean views are unmatched and chatting with Sharon was a fun and memorable experience. We will look to rent from her again when the opportunity arises.

Beautiful Gloucester Location

Love this beautifully renovated, beautifully located Gloucester home! Spent a lot of time on the front deck overlooking the rocky coast listening to the waves crashing. I could have actually sat by the bay window in the huge 3rd floor master bedroom suite over looking the ocean. This house provides comfortable beds and sofas, decorative pillows and a kitchen with every amenity. One week was not enough to enjoy everything this house offered. My family would love to return to this fabulous Gloucester location. Many thanks to Sharon for sharing her beautiful property!
