Village house with exterior in the heart of Cassis

We are renting out our family home, with a surface area of 60 m2 on two floors with outdoor patio and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet alley of the village, a stone's throw from the port and the beaches, as well as close to the Calanques.

If you like simple and authentic places, this house is for you! We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon under our beautiful sun of Provence!



The ground floor consists of:
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso machine,...)
- A living room with dining table, corner sofa, television, air conditioning.
- An outdoor patio with dining table and umbrella
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a television, a dressing room. Air conditioning
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a dressing room. Air conditioning.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

Other equipment and services included:
- Wifi
- Air conditioning in the living room and the 2 bedrooms
- Towels (towels and bath towels)
- Bed linen
- Ironing board, iron and drying rack
- Cleaning

Details about the rental:
- We prefer to rent to couples or families (maximum 4 people) looking for calm and authenticity.
- In July and August, the house is only available for a minimum of 4 nights.
- The house is located 50 metres from a paid public car park. You can also park free of charge in the secure car park of Les Gorguettes with shuttles for €1.60 /person, free for children under 6 years old, to the centre of the village. You will find all the information on the website Parking relais des Gorguettes.
