Stay in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, at the gateway to the Dordogne Located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, in a small hamlet, discover the Gîte de Tayac, a charming, typical regional house, fully restored and equipped with all modern comforts. During your stay, you will appreciate the charm of this small hamlet with its views of the vineyards. The house comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room with a lounge and dining area. The upper floor is divided to offer two separate sleeping areas, accessible by two different staircases. The first consists of a large landing with a study area, two small bedrooms, and a small shower room/WC. The second has two bedrooms with access to a shared bathroom and WC. For daytime convenience, there is also a WC on the ground floor. The gîte is equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric heating (supplementary charge from November to March). A utility room with a washing machine and dryer is available, separate from the gîte. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
