Gîte Sansoutic - Sigalens

Located in the heart of the countryside in South Gironde, in the heart of a green setting in a Natura 2000 listed site, the Sansoutic gîte welcomes you for your stay in this calm and preserved environment. Heritage lovers, beautiful discoveries await you in Bazas as well as at the castles of Roquetaillade, Cazeneuve and Villandraut. Outdoor sports enthusiasts can choose between hiking, treetop adventure courses, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and cycling. On site, you can discover our vegetable garden and orchard managed in agroecology. You will also meet the two cats of the house. Experience plancha evenings with a starry sky and the Milky Way. To relax, ping-pong, Molky, table football and nearly 150 board games, a gym located next to the gîte are at your disposal; what challenges will you take on? Housed in a 200-year-old farmhouse, the Sansoutic gîte, fully renovated in 2021, adjoins our main house with a separate entrance. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and table football on the ground floor. Upstairs on the mezzanine, the TV lounge awaits you for pleasant moments of relaxation with a library of more than 150 comics and manga for all ages. The upper floor also includes two small attic bedrooms equipped respectively with a 140x190 bed and a 160x200 bed (one of them has an extra sofa bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. For a peaceful stay, sheets, towels, kitchen linen, and pellet central heating are included in the price. Mosquito traps have been installed just in case.
