Correcto pero mejorable

La casa estaba correctamente equipada y nos gustó, pero el jardín estaba totalmente descuidado. Por el precio que pagamos de la casa el jardín tendría que estar cuidado, al igual que la piscina, de la cual no tenemos ninguna queja, estaba muy bien. El cesped totalmente seco y la vegetación del jardín medio muerta por falta de riego y cuidado. En ese sentido estamos descontentos

Slechts 2 minpunten: afzuigkap is smerig; duidelijk nog nooit schoongemaakt. Vanuit hygienisch oogpunt onverantwoord. Afwasmachine: de zijkanten aan de binnenkant geven een lichte electrische shock bij aanraking. NB: check de electriciteitsaansluiting daar. Voor al het overige: niets dan lof!

Cette résidence est en tout point identique au descriptif de l'annonce,Son environnement est calme et sa proximité de la plage très agréable . Fonctionnelle et trés bien équipée elle est a recommander par son rapport qualité/prix. Une note particulière doit être donnée à l'Agence de Sant Antoni de Calonge dont la courtoisie,la réactivité , l'efficacité et le professionnalisme face a de menus problèmes domestiques ont été applaudis par l'ensemble des participants de notre groupe. Casa grande, con amplias estancias y un fantástico porche, barbacoa. equipamiento muy limitado, antiguo y de baja calidad, utensilios de cocina paellas, tuvimos que comprar. instalación de agua caliente, dificultad en planta superior, cocina y baños antiguos. Jardín, césped poco cuidado.Wifi muy limitado. Por la noche cercanía de la carretera limita la esperable tranquilidad del entorno. En conjunto bien, el espacio y el verano que permite hacer vida en el porche, hemos disfrutado.

Muy buena calidad/precio Deberia mejorar en el mantenimiento No sé porqué pero la mayoria de Casas tienen sartenes inservibles por viejas y a esta casa le pasa lo mismo. Tuvimos que comprar una, porqué las que habían estaban fatal El wifi es muy pobre

Very comfortable

Nice property in quiet location but with easy access to roads. A bit dated but all that was required for long weekend. Nice large rooms ideal for 8 adults. Good outside facilities with plenty of space, seats etc. No toilet paper/soap in bathrooms on arrival.
